Hidden Pointe Apartments

The buildings are very old and smells like sewage when it rates. Something wrong with the structures of the buildings. Even, I report the problem lots of times, they did not solve the problem. The only action they do is to come inside and spraying something. Apparently it does not work. I do not recommend this complex to anybody.

The buildings are very old and neglected. They only do make ups to the exteriors. I do not recommend this property to anybody. To recommend these properties to someone will be a betrayal.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I just put in my vacate notice and am so excited to be moving out. I have to pay over $900 because I didn’t give a “full” 60 day notice, which I wasn’t told about because the property manager was hoping that I didn’t read the VERY fine print in the lease. I’ve heard of a 30 day notice, but 60 days?! So ridiculous. These people are snakes and just want your money. I’m sure after I move out I’ll be served with all kinds of asinine cleaning fees even... though I plan on leaving the apartment spotless. The walls are also made of cardboard and cancel out no noise. If you have upstairs neighbors, good luck on getting sleep. Living here has been quite the hellish experience. Cheers! Read More

I've been living here a couple of months and cannot wait to move out. My upstairs neighbors stomp around like elephants, the walls are paper thin and I can hear EVERYTHING. These apartments are older and the cabinets, appliances, etc. are outdated. The rent is way too high for what you get. I'm counting down the months until my lease is up. Live somewhere else.
