Park Rowe Village apartments Service NOT so luxury!
I encourage anyone considering this property to read the reviews carefully. I wish I had.
Leasing manager Cindy is unprofessional and disorganized. The very first morning after moving in, I walked outside to discover my car had been booted. The leasing manager had provided me with a parking map, and I parked in the area labeled as visitor parking. To make matters worse, when my daughter called the office that morning, the representative she spoke with was rude and dismissive.
Unfortunately,... the problems didn’t stop there. The key fob didn’t work. We were told it would be activated by the end of the day. That never happened. The next day, we were told they had forgotten, the office was now closed, and maybe it would be working by Monday. That’s simply unacceptable for new residents.
The apartment itself was also not move-in ready. The bathroom cabinet is missing a door, the refrigerator is missing a glass shelf, and there is paint splattered all over the wood flooring. These are basic issues that should have been addressed before anyone received the keys.
This community advertises itself as a luxury apartment complex, but nothing about this experience has felt luxurious. This has been, without question, the worst move-in experience and the poorest management I’ve ever dealt with.
I do not recommend this property

Hi Donna, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely regret that your move-in experience did not meet the standard we strive to provide.
We understand how frustrating it would be to encounter issues during the first few days... in a new home.
After reviewing your concerns, we confirmed that the maintenance items you mentioned have been prioritized and addressed, and we have also verified that your key fob is now functioning properly. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention.
Regarding the parking situation, our team provides all new residents with our parking policy and a map identifying designated visitor parking during move-in. While parking enforcement is handled by an independent third-party company, we understand that the experience was frustrating and regret that it had such a negative impact on your first day at the community.
We also recognize that your apartment should have been fully move-in ready upon your arrival. While this fell short of our expectations, we have already implemented an additional quality-control step requiring management to personally inspect homes prior to move-in to help ensure future residents have a better experience.
Our goal is always to provide a positive living experience, and we appreciate feedback that helps us improve. We wish you the very best and remain committed to delivering the level of service our residents expect.
