2B 1.5BA dryer/washer room included

Honestly, it's a nice place, been here for several years and currently here. very quiet. Nice amenities, staff is friendly from what I've experienced.

The main drawback is the laundry mat machines barely work. However this could be avoided if you get apt with washer dryer hookup included. Also lately seems like the qualifications or vetting process has been slipping. Some of theses new tenants be questionable at best.

The place got old bones, so things will break, however maintenance is... ACTIVE as hell. everytime I had issues is was addressed same day or next day regardless of surverity.

They have been and currently updating property and units. Hope this helps anyone looking. Would recommend but of course you mileage may very.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

My apartment flooded 2 times in 3 months. I called to ask to be moved to another unit and was told "apartments flood all the time" (?? what???) and that there are no apartments they can guarantee won't flood. Property manager refused to refund rent or let me move to another unit. Front desk staff are nice but management is very poor. I was EXTREMELY lucky none of my items got damaged during these two incidents. Don't move here if you don't want to deal with constant flooding and no sympathy.

Roaches Crime and Drugs

Lived here for a year. Was a truly awful experience. Apartment always smelled like weed. Blue lights always outside. Roaches (German) all in the kitchen dishwasher stove etc

Smoking is not permitted inside our apartments, and we encourage residents to report any violations directly to the office so that we can promptly address them. Regarding pest concerns, we provide regular pest control services and are always... available to schedule additional treatments upon request. In our experience, consistent pest control combined with maintaining a clean living environment effectively resolves most pest issues.
