Rude management and mold

Terrible place to live! This place is seriously detrimental to your healthy!

Stay Away!

I lived there for 22 months. 2 months shy of end of contract when they decided to evict. I complain against noisy neighbors and that didn’t go well with management. I seen 10-12 managers in 4 years. Lack of leadership goes all the way to Miami Astor Companies. Not worth the price. Plenty of other places. Stay away!

Looking for great place to live??

I love this community because it's a pretty place, decent homes, and a nice playground for the kids. Also Mrs.Stephanie can be really awesome as long as you don't break her rules. Its has a nice pool and a movie theater for the littles one. I recommend this place for anyone taking a vacation or looking for a place to stay.

Employees act like they care but they don't. If you have ANY OTHER OPTIONS then please GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!

Great place to live!

I have lived here for 10 years. Needless to say, I am very satisfied.

I have made two service calls that I can remember. Always had quick response and repair. Not bad for 10 years! ??

The staff is very professional and courteous.

I love the balcony!

I have lived at two other apartment complexes before this, and this is the best.

I have never had a mail or package delivery problem, never! In fact, I have had personel get a package delivery after they were off!

There' s a Home Depot,... Outback and Rouses within 2 blocks. The I-12 Interstate ramp is not far away. The location is perfect.
