Iis the worst apartment complex, stay away from here, at first everything was fine, but when you finish your contract, they want to forcefully charge you $125 for cleaning even if you leave your apartment clean, $99 for a day that you spend turning in your keys and even worse they charge you for water and garbage as if you stayed another month, they charge you $50 for blinds that they say you left broken, and the lowest thing they do is charge you for water and garbage for months overdue when... you paid them in previous statements, you speak to them nicely and they are rude and you don't move them from the final balance that they make up, they don't care about the photos and evidence you send them, when you leave here demand that someone go with you to check how you left your apartment because if not they are going to charge you for everything. I always paid on time, never had a fee and now they are charging me $498 for having left and on top of everything they won't return your deposit, they are a real scam.

Very rude, weren't able to find a solution to the application i made and didn't get my money back made multiple calls to find a solution or a way for my spouse to do the application and every call i made they were rude, unprofessional and apparently couldn't help me through the phone and apparently a day after i made the application the unit i paid a fee to hold was already taken. Wouldn’t recommend even if it was the last place available.
