My stay at St Germaine

I love my apartment… it is just like I was shown.. the office staff are always so kind to me… if I have any maintenance issues, I wait no longer than a few hours to one day(depending on the severity).. I’ve been here going on 2 years and planning on being here for many more …

Needs better Maintenance.

Apartments are old and outdated but not bad. The New office staff is way better than the old staff. Maintence needs to be buffed up and do better. They have one person who can handle Sheetrock and he’s so backed up it takes forever to get stuff fixed. I had a roof leak for two years that was finally fixed. I have a bathroom leak in the wall that I’m “waiting on a contractor” to fix along with mold on the wall because of the leak. They don’t care about leaks. We pay an amenities fee which is... really just a sewage, trash and water fee because the amenities are terrible such as the pool that’s never open.

Great place

Wonderful and peaceful place to live. Staff is nice and understanding. Maintenance fixes any issues you are having in a timely manner. I love my apartment. Great neighbors that look out for each other.

Poor Management & Maintenance

Unwilling to maintain units with NEEDED repairs. Mgr is unprofessional & they are only concerned with $$$$.

DO NOT FW IT!

If you know like I know you would not stay here. The apartment they show you in a tour is not like the apartment you will move into. BEFORE you sign the lease ask to look at the apartment you will be moving into. MOLD, ROACHES, BUG. OLD MATTED CARPET. BEAT UP BROKEN CABINETS AND APPLIANCES NO NEW PAINT. This apartment is very old with no new appliances or upgrades
