How Is This Rating Determined?

Great place to live!

We relocated to the Lafayette area in June and have had a wonderful experience here. The community is well taken care of and they continue to add amenities. Maintenance is completed in a timely fashion and Laikyn the property manager continues to go above and beyond. We would highly recommend The Cottages to anyone!!

Top notch community!!

I made an appointment for a tour a couple of weeks ago, and, after seeing the community and available amenities, was very impressed with everything offered! I'm still a month out on deciding, but, will be returning to see about availability and leasing options! The manager was very professional, and, did not pressure me at all on making an immediate decision. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to upgrade from apartment living!
