They increase rent $50 every renewal, despite how long you’ve lived here. The “car wash” area is a joke, the hose and vacuum don’t work. The playground is good for 2-4 year olds. There isn’t enough parking—you’re better off renting a house for what they charge here.

Rent is high apartment small! Closets small with no air ventilation in them. Parking areas is so tight and always over crowded with cars. There are no refundable deposits that make so actual sense. You can make payments online for a 25. Dollar debit or credit card usage fee(tf).

The apartments i've rented at this place were decent, the employees are friendly. However, the first unit i rented was a 2 bedroom with 2 bath, one on each bedroom. So if you had a guest, he or she would have to go into a bedroom to use the bathroom. Got my car broken into once, but there was nothing there for them to take anyways. People don't pick up after their pets, so there is dog poop everywhere.
The amount of pages on the contact is almost as much as buying a house. The first unit I... rented for 6 months, and ended up paying for 8 months because i was not aware they required a 2 month notice prier to leave. The 2nd unit I only needed for 2 months, but had to rent for 3 because that is the least amount they would rented for. I however specified that i only needed it for that amount of time. I did not get a copy of my contract and when i left, I received a letter stating that i did not give a 2 month notice because they did not have it in writing, and have to again, pay for 2 months of rent that am not using.

Moral of the story, the system is design to benefit them in every way. So read the full contract, ask for a copy of it, and make sure you put your leaving notice in writing, have them sign it, and get a copy for yourself. Read More
