My blinds are broken, The Freight Elevator has been broken for 5 months. You fixed my bathroom where water came running from the 6 floor, it looks horrible. I have black stuff all over my kitchen and the hallway

Gates do not work. Fire alarms sound randomly. Elevators do not work. The apartment blares warnings every 15 minutes but are inept. My packages never get delivered on time. Random people roam the corridors because there is no locks on the doors. Mail gets delivered incorrectly. Rodents everywhere. Management has not given the fire extinguishers promised. Parking is a nightmare because of breaking and they don't tow, even those with no parking passes. The pool has never been cleaned and the... outdoor area is dirty and moldy. The laundry facilities are dirty and do not work without app. Rent is high and continues to increase despite the decline. Big pot holes in the lot and trash everywhere. The hallways are very damp humid and moldy. The gym is dirty, has no curtains, and the equipment doesn't work. A/C and heat only turns on for the complex so you don't have much of choice of how your apartment is heated. Water in shower does not stay hot.Crappy appliances. You can hear your neighbors.

I love my neighbors, and what a close community we have here, truly wonderful people, the location could not be better. What I do not appreciate is the dearth of security in this building and in the parking lots. WHY HAS THE PARKING LOT BEEN WITHOUT A WORKING GATE SINCE MAY? There have been break-ins of cars and silence from the office. I want to stay here, but the office does not address the community's concerns in any written or meaningful way.

I have lived here for Three years because it’s in a great location, neighborhood and some great neighbors. Restaurants are great nearby, able to feel secure in the neighborhood and our neighbors watch out for each other.
