The Esplanade Apartments have continually fallen below standard while continually increasing in rent. The standard of people they allow to live here has drastically fallen. The washing machines haven't worked for months.. The lady in the office (older blond lady) is really not friendly. Alicia is nice but I think she is overwhelmed. The alarms are always going off.

Awesome experience here at the Esplanade of city Park. The views from the building is spectacular. The location is awesome. The neighbors are wonderful. Very convenient to everything you need in the city.

Washers & dryers need serious fixing, but no complaints elsewhere. Friendly neighbors and staff. There's always a bunch of fun events being hosted.

It’s pretty quiet, I love the community events they host! (Wine down Wednesday, door decorating etc.) Many of the washers and dryers are broken. It’s hell searching for ones that work. The theatre room has also become unavailable for about 3 months now. Needless to say some of the amenities that brought me here need some attention!

Ummmm where do I start ,, washers and dryers ALWAYS broke! Maintenance is slow and half fix everything! Side note, great location with quiet neighborhoods! Sitting on the bayou after a long day is very rewarding!
