How Is This Rating Determined?

Not Suitable for Children

Our family moved into The Odeon while we wait for our new home to be completed. We realized pretty quickly that we made a big mistake. We expected a luxury building with a peaceful atmosphere but what we found is a party place that is not appropriate for our 12 year old son. Our Son has witnessed things well beyond his years these past few months. Rowdy drunk pool parties with foul language, Couples in the pool being aggressively affectionate in an NC17 type way, Couples in the pool who... excuse themselves to the public pool bathroom together, twerk parties in the theater room, marijuana in common areas, and the list goes on.
Definitely not a building for children in my opinion.
