Great improvements on complex overall as a resident since 2019. My rent for renewal has increased January 2025 and now for January 2026. Communication from office when contractors or staff need to come inside unit for any repairs and the lack of communication to come back and follow up or fix said repairs left unfinished needs work.

Nice neighborhood apartment just needed a lot of fixing on move in day that should be done before move in. I’m also a photographer type of person seeing the mirrors were unfixable was unsettling.
