I am writing this to share my horrendous experience living in this apartment complex in hopes of saving others from making the same mistake. This place is nothing short of a nightmare.
First and foremost, the front office staff is utterly incompetent. The woman at the front desk does nothing to assist residents and seems to be more concerned with her own comfort than addressing the urgent needs of tenants. The maintenance staff is equally useless, spending their days lounging around instead of... tackling the numerous repair requests piling up.
My own experience with maintenance was appalling. I dealt with a severe mold infestation in my apartment—mold in the bathroom, kitchen, and everywhere in between. Flooding was a regular occurrence, happening three to four times a week. Despite my repeated complaints, management did not take the situation seriously. I had a gaping hole in my ceiling leaking brown water, and with a newborn in the house, their response was to slap a band-aid fix on the issue without ever resolving it. Imagine lying in bed, only to be dripped on by contaminated water!
To make matters worse, I faced a crisis when the sewage line broke, causing sewage from other units to flood into my bathtub. My children were forced to urinate behind dumpsters because there was no clean bathroom available. This appalling situation lasted for days, with management doing nothing to rectify the issue. The grounds are littered with trash, and it’s clear that they no longer care about the quality of tenants they lease to. On top of that, I’ve witnessed people urinating in the hallways—a clear sign of a total lack of respect for the property and its residents.
I urge anyone considering moving to this apartment complex to think twice. Save yourself the stress, health hazards, and overall misery that come with living here.
