Love it!

Very safe and comfortable! Maintenance is amazing and always does things in a timely and nice manner. Front office manager Brandi is very sweet and kind.

Most AMAZING STAFF

The entire staff at Fremaux was super sweet and professional. I told them what I needed and in less than 24 hours they delivered. Beautiful property with great service. Definitely would recommend.

A rough start

The property is beautiful and the front office is extremely nice. However, the first couple of weeks we didn't have the best experience. We had all our kitchen appliances upgraded but maintenance left the old refrigerator sitting in our kitchen and left our items in the old, unplugged refrigerator all day. They scratched a picture on our wall in the process. The dishwasher was left incomplete, the baseboard was just sitting against it, I could see the feet of the dishwasher, and they hooked it... up wrong because the kitchen sink does not have hot water. The stove is not leveled with the counter and our pans that were sitting on the top were tossed onto the counter with our towels. There is no maintenance on the weekend and they replaced the appliances on Friday afternoon and my partner and I did not return home until after hours leaving us with no hot water in the kitchen the entirety of the weekend and no dishwasher.
