This is a nice quiet place to live. Every apartment has a patio/balcony to enjoy the nice weather in the summertime.
The property manager is onsite a lot to make sure everything is kept up.
Their snow removal process is great. They let you know exactly when to move your car to get through very efficiently!

Great location with access to route 2 and commuter rail, but is very quiet, with only the occasional soft sound of the train (not loud at all). Lots of parking, and the grounds/facilities are kept up very well. Staff are very nice and eager to help. Plenty of laundry machines in the facilities, so no need to worry about them being too full.
Apartment itself was very clean at move in, and any minor issues were responded to right away. Images shown online are very close to actual as well, with... only the orientation changing depending on which side of the building the room is on.
Overall a great living experience.

These apartments are affordable and the maintenance team is wonderful! Overall, apartments are clean and spacious with many closets. Exterior of buildings leaves something to be desired, and the area is not the greatest. There is a busy rotary nearby and a train that runs intermittently, but overall I have really enjoyed living here.
