I’ve been a resident here for many years and lately the management and maintenance situation has gone a bit downhill. Things aren’t being addressed in a timely manner and the office staff is dismissive of my inquiries to make me go away.

waiting for 3 months for 2 service calls...plus garage in bldg 4 has water there for months and never cleared..cannot walk or open trunk..plus urine on rugs in hall from dogs and there for years..carpet on stairs all torn and dangerous..

Bad experience with the property management on site

We received a notice in the email that we have to delay our move into the new apartment four days before the scheduled moving date. The reason was that the vendor is unable to replace the vinyl and carpeting in the apartment timely. Very irresponsible.
