Folly Hill Meadows

Just moved in with my fiancé towards the end of February. Great apartments with nice amenities like the pool and gym. Alex was great throughout the process communication/application being very smooth and quick. Maintenance is great to whenever requested they’ve been ontop of it. Love our new apartment and Management team here at folly hills !!!

I've been living at Folly Hill in Beverly for about five years, and I've been very happy here. The staff have been very responsive, when needed. Maintenance calls are answered quickly. The landscaping is attractive and the staff keep the grounds looking good all year.

I recently moved into Folly hill Meadows Baverly in December, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the entire management, leasing, and maintenance team.

From the very beginning of the leasing process, the office staff has been extremely welcoming, professional, and responsive. They made the move-in experience smooth and stress-free, patiently answering all my questions and ensuring every detail was handled efficiently. Moving to a new place can sometimes be... overwhelming, but their support truly made it a pleasant experience.

I would also like to sincerely appreciate the maintenance team. They have been prompt, skilled, and respectful whenever assistance was needed. It is very reassuring to live in a community where maintenance requests are handled quickly and with great attention to detail.

The overall community is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, which clearly reflects the hard work and dedication of the entire staff. Their commitment to residents’ satisfaction and quality service is truly noticeable and makes this place feel like home.
