Avoid
We had a bad experience, especially with the incompetent lady who does the statements, nowhere to be found and no details of the charges. Avoid.

On July 28 2019, I stored my stuff (a couple of boxes and a luggage) in the storage unit of 660 Washington Street. On August 18, 2019, I moved back my luggage into the apartment. When I opened it, half of my stuff in the luggage has been stolen including:a couple of shoes, clothes, 7 perfumes, brand new luxury make up, 2 hard drives, etc.
I was devastated and I complained to the security on the night of 18 August 2019. The next morning, we reported this to the leasing office, to someone named... Martin. He told us that he/ Max (security) will take a look on thursday or friday for the 3 weeks worth of footage. I was already suspecting that they are not taking this seriously since we had 4 DAYS to have someone start reviewing the tapes.
On thursday, I called and spoke to Martin and he said that someone will be taking a look at the footage. On friday night, we saw Max on the concierge and asked him if he had taken a look on the footage and if there are any updates. He was shocked as it was the first time he heard of this incident and that no one asked him to review any footage. He also told us that 660 management only keeps 2 weeks worth of footage and everything before that is deleted. This means that there is NO USE FOR THE CCTV as we cannot even investigate a theft here. Not only that, THEY WAITED A WEEK to have someone review the footage, which means that a weeks worth of tapes will be gone before it is even investigated.
I am very very dissapointed with the security in this building and more dissapointed at how they handle this theft that happened at their storage room.

Clean and very convenient location but high concentration of students make for noisy late night partying that is disruptive of sleeping schedules of people with traditional work schedules such as the nearby medical community. Excellent maintenance team is highly responsive.
