Looks nice, lacks service

The lobby looked great! Unfortunately, when we scheduled a visit to look at some apartments there was not only a line of people but no one was in the office and no one seemed to know what was going on and several came through and didn’t have keys to said office. Might be a good place to live but we’ll never know.
