The apartment itself is great—I’ve been very happy living here and love my actual unit. The issue comes with the amenities and management of common spaces. Over the couple years I’ve lived here, there have been ongoing inconveniences like doors to common areas not being unlocked and recurring front desk/concierge issues. I’ve raised these concerns multiple times, but the problems often remain unresolved. While they may seem like small frustrations, they add up over time and take away from the... overall experience of what could otherwise be an excellent place to live.

Ink Block’s been great so far. The location in South End is super convenient—Whole Foods downstairs, tons of restaurants, easy highway and T access. The amenities are solid (rooftop pool, gym, nice lounges), and the building feels clean and modern. Maintenance has been quick anytime I’ve needed something. Definitely a great spot for city living.
