Good potential unfortunately many of the amenities and public spaces are neglected and not well maintained - pool umbrellas broken, gym equipment broken, pet spa equipment broken.

Love it here so far!!! I love the community!! The office staff are extremely sweet and super on top of things!! Even when busy they will greet and help you anything you need. They will go above and beyond for you, including walking around all building for an hour to help you look for something you lost. Maintenance is fast, kind, and efficient!!! Its close to everything I need.

Community is well kept, maintenance responds quickly, and nice people. Only issue is that one elevator is always, always broken and during rush times, getting an elevator just takes forever.

Living here has honestly been such a smooth and exciting experience so far. From the amenities to the atmosphere of the building and neighborhood, it already feels like home and has made this transition into living on my own for the first time feel really special.

The leasing Manager Rebekah is very unprofessional and looks down on income restricted tenants. She had no sympathy and compassion and is just extremely rude.
