Although this is one of the better buildings in the area, that unfortunately isn't saying much. Students all act as if this is the first time they've been out of mom's house, drunkenly screaming nonsense at all hours. Nobody has any manners, and the area is flooded with idiotic Red Sox fans haplessly looking for either Fenway Park of their cars.

The landlord outsources the management of the unit to a company. They rarely answer phone calls, emails. When they do, they don't follow through on what they say they will do. Beautiful location, nice building. Just horrendous management.
