Parker Hill Apartments are conveniently located near Longwood medical area and close to Northeastern University. Apartments have big closets and there is free off-street parking. Biggest downside is the constant problem with cockroaches and mice without adequate response from management.

The view from my balcony at parker hill is by far the best part of this unit. It looks out over all of Boston and adds a ton of light to the living area! The open concept between living and dining is conveniently located next to a nicely updated kitchen equipped with all new appliances. Separate bedroom is a good size, fits a queen and multiple dressers easily. Bathroom is also brand new which has been nice. Another benefit is the three large closets.
Building is pet friendly and located... across from a lot of green space!
Only downside to the building is the slightly dark and often warm halls and elevator. This place would be perfect if it was non-smoking! Other than that, convenient and comfortable place to live. As this is a building with many units, neighboring residents are really a hit or miss.
