Best boutique building

I have lived at the lofts for over 4 years now (and have no plan to leave!), it has been my favorite place I’ve ever lived. The size of the building allows for amazing connection between everyone that works and lives here, it truly feels like a community. Many people who move in live here for many years. The location can’t be beat, and the loft style apartments are modern yet unique and homey. I truly can’t recommend it enough!

Excellent

I’ve lived at The Lofts at Atlantic Wharf for the past two years, and it’s truly been a great experience. The community is safe, quiet, and well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas. The management team and maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and responsive.

The location is also perfect — close to Downtown, The north End, Restaurant, etc but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private.

Overall, I’m happy to have called this place home for two years.... If you’re looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and welcoming place to live, I highly recommend.

A wonderful home

Great location. Great staff. Great apartment. I lived there twice. Once 10 years ago for a year - and then again recently for 2 1/2 years. Always felt a wonderful sense of home there.

Top-notch

I love living at The Lofts. Everyone who works here is helpful, outgoing, and always ready to help in any way they can. They take the time to get to know you and make your experience living here a personal one. The building is impeccably clean and well maintained, the location is great, and the other residents are friendly as well. Could not ask for a better place to call home.
