Deceiving Looks - Awful Management

The property is beautiful and buildings are nice on the outside. The positives stop there.

Unit was filthy and in disrepair on move in, finishes are cheap and constantly falling apart. Submitting a maintenance request? Good luck - they are unresponsive and if they do show up, it’s unannounced.

Management is awful and useless - tenants are treated like prisoners. They could care less about your needs and flat out don’t reply to emails and requests - STAY AWAY

look for some place else, not worth it

i am honestly only giving two stars because the people in the community are nice and the floor plan for my apartment is nice. but the apartment it self is not worth its price at all. when i first moved in i had to sleep outside of my apartment because the smart home wasnt working. called 24hr maintenance and they said someone would come and no one did. they didnt even apologize for that. my garage door keys were messed up and it took them a month to fix it. i asked for cabinets to het fixed... when i first moved in because they were already like that when i moved in, 2 months ago and they havent done anything about it. found roaches in my apartment on my second night, took them a week to do something about it and i still see them sometimes so i have to fix that on my own. and the tiles are DISGUSTING. I complained about it several times and no one has done anything about it at all. last but not least, all the maintenance my apartment needed before i moved in was done extremely sloppy.
