Satisfactory

Moved here 2+ years ago and have had no complaints. Previous property manager was very involved with the tenants. Have a new property manager and giving him to acclimate to the complex. They are responsive to maintenance request. The building is kept cleaned. Always room for improvements.

Save yourself the headache

Axis is terribly managed. The property is dirty, no cameras in the hallway, no cleaning products in the gym, none of my appliances have ever worked properly. This is NOT a luxury property as advertised. People are getting arrested in broad daylight, screaming in the courtyard at night and teenagers are disrespectful in the gym. This place is an unsafe, over priced property.

Wonderful place to call home!

Have lived here for over three years and would like to dispel any of the scathing reviews on here! The staff is wonderful and always leaves my perishables outside the office and follows up with a reminder call. They have an impeccable memory of deliveries that has surprised me! I love my neighbors and have met some amazing friends here! The pool can get crowded but the office does a great job at making sure it stays contained and rules are followed. Maintenance has been wonderful and rapidly... responds to any requests my husband and I have. I would highly recommend!

Wife and I moved here from a house. Staff has been great. Really caring and making sure we’re happy. Maintenance requests are quick. Building a house but wish I could stay
