Great move in but Great move in! I went to the gym and noticed almost every treadmill has a broken speed button. I’m not sure if that is new but that feels like an easy fix for a luxury building. Thanks!

What I found particularly concerning was not simply the possibility that a resident may violate the rules, since no building can guarantee that will never happen. Rather, it was the apparent existence of a longstanding smoking issue in the building that, despite management’s stated ongoing attempts to resolve it, apparently remains unresolved while the building continues to be presented to prospective tenants as “smoke-free.”
