Move I. Was not informed until the day of the move that the freight elevator was out of service. Was given a spot that belonged to someone else. Will now have to pay more for moving due to lack of freight elevator usage and may require another day to move additional items.

Repeated Issue The washer has been leaking ongoing, first told it’s due to using too much detergent, the then the drained needed to be fixed but it keeps happening. Told it’s not the washer but the drain itself, that was fixed so why are there still constant leaks
