Love the area , but communication is not good, not always aware of transitions or what is happening. Not a lot of family events mostly adult or animal geared

The building really needs a free coffee machine. Would be a great addition. Dogs need to be better leashed. Residents tend to think everyone likes their dogs and they let them climb on others.

We also take pet policies seriously and want everyone to feel comfortable within the community. Dogs are required to be leashed at all times in the building, and we encourage residents to notify the office or concierge team if they observe any pets off leash so we can promptly address the situation. The staff are super kind, and they made our move-in process very smooth.
The room was thoroughly cleaned in advance, so my wife and our two teenage children all love our new home.

Great location but poor management

Lived there for 2 years. Love the location and view from my unit. However, communication with the management and maintenance teams was always painful and frustrating. Appliances are low quality. We had issues with the washing machine and dishwasher. Maintenance is slow and incompetent.
