How Is This Rating Determined?

Great location but poor management

Lived there for 2 years. Love the location and view from my unit. However, communication with the management and maintenance teams was always painful and frustrating. Appliances are low quality. We had issues with the washing machine and dishwasher. Maintenance is slow and incompetent.
