Some of the common areas have been a bit unkept. The elevators could use a deep cleaning and maybe just a fresh coat of paint. The trash room on our floor’s trash compactor door is always left wide open with the room’s door open. The hall smells because of this. Also the trash compactors door is covered in layers of filth. It’s completely unsanitary.
So, far it’s not looking the best.

Hi Anonymous, thank you for notifying us about your concerns. We have sent an email blast to all our tenants informing them to close the trash chute door, as well as the trash room door -- after they dispose of their trash. We continue to walk the... building at different times of the day to ensure the trash room door is closed and that there is no lingering smell. In reference to the trash compactor room, that is not to be accessed or entered by any tenants as staff are the only authorized individuals to access the room. I loved it. All the neighbors are very kind and respectful, everything is clean and organized, and the staff is the best. The moving-in process was very smooth, and I didn’t worry about much because they provided us with a lot of help.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Axis Apartments. One of the big pluses is the location -- it’s close to the airport, which is super convenient if you travel often for work. There is a bit of airplane noise outside the windows, but inside the apartment it’s surprisingly quiet; you can’t hear anyone walking or talking in the halls.

The amenities are always kept clean, which I appreciate. They’re not the most modern, but they’re well-maintained and functional, which matters more to me. Overall, it’s... been a comfortable and pleasant place to live.

We recently moved in and we love it here. It's very kid and pet friendly community, which is what I was looking for. Also the neighborhood looks safe and peaceful - we like to walk close to the waterfront.
