Management is not the best with poor communication. The older people that live in the building are sometimes not as cleanly. The elevators do not work well. You cannot reach staff when you need them. For market rent, you can live in a much nicer building. It’s very outdated it needs to be redone. For example, the laundry room only has three working washers out of five. Two have been broken for the past several months.
