Just moved into J Malden and I've been really happy with the experience so far. The building is clean, modern, and feels well-maintained. My apartment was in great condition when I moved in, and the move-in process was smooth overall.

One of the biggest reasons I chose J Malden was the location. It's incredibly convenient for my commute, and having work so close by has been a huge quality-of-life improvement. The neighborhood itself has also been great to explore, with plenty of restaurants,... shops, and easy access to public transportation nearby.

The building has a premium feel without feeling unwelcoming, and the common areas are some of the nicest I've seen while apartment hunting. After going through the stress of moving, it's been nice to settle into a place that already feels like home.

It's still early, but my first impression has been overwhelmingly positive, and I'm excited to be living here.

I've lived here for several years and have had a great experience. The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and capable, we really enjoy the amenities spaces, and we appreciate how dog friendly everyone is. They've had some building maintenance issues occasionally, but they are good about initiating solutions pretty quickly to get the issues repaired.

Location is great otherwise the building and the amenities are ok.
However the management not the best they are avg.
If being close to a train station your priority this is your choice however be careful dealing with the management know your right what you are allowed to do and have before leasing here because they are very strict.

Great Place to live! The amenities are amazing, the location is unbeatable, and the community overall is great.

Water bill is charged commercially for a residential building making it exceedingly expensive, but other than that and a few loud neighbors, the place is great.
