My wife and I have lived here for a few months and it’s been a stellar experience. The staff is great and the amenities are fantastic. I can whole heartedly recommend this place to potential renters.

We moved in at the end of April and so far our experience has been pretty positive. The apartments are spacious and the property is clean. One thing to note is how many updates the property has done since we moved in. These updates include a ton of landscape work, planting of new flowers at the beginning of the summer, new trash compactor, switching pool to saltwater, adding a pool heater, and adding a second dog park to name a few. Our property manager, Mike, is fantastic. He works hard and... really tries to make this place top tier. I look forward to seeing what other improvements they make. We love living here!

The Enclave was a nice place to live. From moving in, to moving out, they are awesome. The apartments are all up to date with electronic lock entry. New kitchens, wood floors and a nice deck. My sister was here for 10+ years. Due to a health issue, we had to move her closer to me out of state. Angela was SO accommodating to our needs. All the staff are compassionate and helpful. The management is always reachable. We were sad to leave

We moved into Enclave few days back with our young kids. It has been a very pleasant experience. It’s a community with very friendly staff and maintenance. Apartments are quite spacious, clean, lighted, well maintained with all the amenities. It is also walking distance from the train station, Mansfield downtown, Crossfit gym, yoga classes and many other activities. We couldn’t have made a better decision.
