Nobo Apartments

I’ve had a great experience at Nobo Apartments in Saugus. The community is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The apartments are spacious with high-quality finishes, and the amenities make living here even better. The management team is friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever anything comes up. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major highways. Overall, Nobo Apartments is an amazing place to live, and I would highly recommend... it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community.

love this place

I’ve been loving living here! The apartment is beautiful, everything is brand new

The gym may look small at first, but it’s actually very well equipped and has everything I need for my workouts.

The common areas are always clean, organized, and well maintained, which makes the building feel welcoming every day.

The leasing office team they’re always friendly, efficient, and quick to help whenever needed. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’m really happy to call this place... home.

NOBO apts in Saugus

I moved into NoBo Apartments in Saugus back in mid April. I could not be happier with my decision from the leasing staff to the maintenance staff,I found the quiet community that I was looking to move. The buildings are in tremendous shape. They take incredible care of the grounds and the common spaces. The few times I’ve had to put in a work order. The response has been incredibly fast usually less than 24 hours sometimes within hours.
There is not enough good things I can say about the... management staff they keep the residents extremely well informed. I’ve had no regrets in moving here. I’m looking forward to being here for a Very long time.
