Experience started out great. I've needed my toilet, sink faucet, and air conditioner all replaced in under a year. Ive contacted the office 4 times and spoken with maintenance 2 times about my concern for mold in the apartment after my dog passed away with suspicion of mold toxicity. I provided two air tests which came back positive and both molds are listed on the dangerous list of the quantity is at a certain level. The toilet that was removed was covered in black mold on the underside. No... one has reached out to me about this and nothing has been done.
When I moved in the front door keys didn't work, maintenance eventually replaced the locks and now the doors don't shut/lock properly. They were never fixed, we were just emailed to make sure we force close them.
It seems like they're more concerned with turning a profit than their residents health and safety.
Location is great though, I like the layout and spaciousness of the apartment.
