I have been living in this community for 3.5 years now and I am very pleased with my apartment. More importantly, I am very happy with the management company and the manager responsible for our complex, Guy. He is dependable, and the turn around time with requests is amazing. Great little community.

I also live at Hastings Village. Had a heat problem for a few days as well, beginning over the weekend, no less. Management reacted immediately, and it remained highest priority until it was resolved. In the meantime, they brought in more than enough electric heaters, so that we were really quite comfortable throughout. Stuff like this happens - and I couldn't have for a better response.
I'm impressed with how this complex is managed. They just repaved the entire parking lot - it wasn't in... bad shape, but now it looks great.
Snow removal is meticulous. The team works tirelessly to clear the parking spaces, and salts thoroughly to limit the build up of ice.
Other maintenance items within my unit are fixed quickly.

This is supposed to be a high-end complex (Wingate) but the leasing office rented us a unit that did not have heat (it’s been 4 days now) Normally I don’t write reviews but this has been a horrible experience. Make sure you review the unit with your attorney first before you commit.
