We have a great experience staying in Arrive. Their maintenance guys are gentle snd respond quickly. Kids safe.
They have great amenities.
Hallways are always clean.
Close to Walmart, you can walk down to Walmart.

Arrive Westborough is a convenient place to live, with easy access to major roads, shopping, and local services. The apartments and common areas are generally comfortable and reasonably well maintained. Overall, it has been a decent and practical option for renting an apartment in Westborough

Condition of the unit is less than expected. Kitchen is old and needs updated. Burnt stove, rusted dishwasher, bent cabinets, etc.
Toilet seat handle is broken and loose.
Storage is full. Issue was brought to the leasing center a couple days ago and still unresolved.
