I have lived here almost 5 years now and it’s been a wonderful experience. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, my apartment is spacious and the location is perfectly set between Boston and Worcester.

Its a cool place. Pretty much peaceful neighborhood. I love walking inside corridor during the winter. Common places are well maintained. Overall nice place to live.

I have been living at Arrive for over 4 years, and my experience has been mostly positive. The location is absolutely fantastic. I am within walking distance to Walmart, Indian grocery store, McDonald.
The maintenance staff is very responsive; whenever I have submitted a work order for minor issues, they have arrived within 24 hours to fix it. The building amenities, especially the gym are well-maintained and never too crowded.
However, the noise insulation could be better. I often hear my... neighbors walking in the apartment above me.
