This place looked nice on the tour, but living here has been a different story. It’s a “luxury apartment complex,” but the carpet started peeling off the floor after moving in and we’ve had mold growing on the base of the windows due to drafts and shoddy construction. The mailroom is literally just large piles of boxes that you have to sift through to find your package. They have closed the pool for long periods of time and the elevator keeps breaking down. When it snows in the winter, they tow... your car and add the towing bill to your rent, even if you are working or on vacation and unable to move your car. There are walking paths around the place, but we’ve been prohibited from using them by the companies in the office park. The management keeps telling us they are going to address these problems and make improvements (install EV charging stations, fix the mail room), but, despite exorbitant rent increases, nothing changes. Very quiet, safe, dog friendly neighborhood. Building and grounds are well kept and my pup loves the park! I love my apartment at Bell Westford. Location is great as well- close to pretty much everything you need right on the main road.

Very pleased with the main office that is always there for you to address concerns. They are all very pleasant, professional and friendly. Truly a great team!
