Great place to live

Me and my husband have been living here for over five years. We love it here. Dog friendly they are so accommodating and sweet. Especially Nicole in the management office. When we were expecting our first, they helped us move in a bigger apartment fast and efficiently. Would recommend this place over and over again!

Excellence

Laonal and his assistant arrived at timely point and assessed the situation. They removed the damaged cabinet and returned with the replacement.
They installed the replacement without any problems.
Their courtesy and competence are a credit to Queen Anne’s Gate.

So far so good..

I recently moved into this apartment and have had a good experience so far. The unit was freshly painted upon move-in. All of the appliances are in excellent condition and work perfectly. What really stands out is how accessible and responsive the staff is-they are easy to reach and very helpful whenever questions come up. Overall, I'm happy with my new home and would definitely recommend this apartment community.

Maintenance Team

Anytime I need the maintenance team for a service call. They are very respectful and they do a great job. I’ve never had a problem they come right out when you need them. I have a great team here.
