Rent is way to high & they don’t really care about there tenets. The maintenance was really slow when it came to fix something , they didn’t have enough people . The property manager blamed me for the cloging up a drain that I did not clog up the problem was way before I moved here .

I've been here almost 2 years. The only good thing about this apartment building is because is 5 mn from my job. The building is falling apart, the roof is leaking, the older residents thing they own this place. The building is dirty, and the office is 99.9% with not staff. If you need to talk to someone in person or have questions , the only way is send emails.

I'm thrilled to be living here.... My apt is gorgeous & nothing needs to be fixed (except there is no toiket paper spindle & the one I bought doesn't fit!)
I've already met several wonderful tenants. I am impressed that a coffee bar is provided in the lobby - I never thought anywhere other than hotels would have such a thing.

It would be really nice if someone took the rest of the building as seriously as the lobby. It's disgusting, between someone using the elevator as a urinal and the laundry rooms as a trash pit. It is apparently perfectly fine to have absolutely no regard for anyone or anything.

Good and clean basic apartment. Grounds are well kept. Common areas are clean. Would love to see some renovations made to some of the areas other than the lobby. Maintenance is a slow to respond to requests though.
