How Is This Rating Determined?

Meh.

A lot of kids making noise in the hallways, kicking, slamming on the doors. Alarms being pulled off in the middle of the night, lack of maintenance, and friendly customer service. If you guys want to move here and were wondering about the internet, It doesn't have any internet nor communal rooms. It has a dirty swimming pool and a laundry with machines that are about to break. The other review from 2 years ago was good because our management didn't change yet. Now we got the new company that... honestly ruined the building and just wants to profit. If you speak a foreign language, Jeff usually discriminates you based off of what i've witnessed. if you get mad with them over the slightest thing they tell you to move out if you have a problem. If you guys are into that sort of environment then go for it. Basically no one... This review is from my opinion. Yours may differ but that's the truth.

Nice apartment

I like this apt and it's very clean and the office work staff are very nice. It's pretty safe around this apt building. And the price is reasonable. I really enjoy living here for one year.
