Annapolis Bay

The units were small and outdated (built in the 90s I believe. Maybe updated once since). The price was super high for what you got. Theyll also way over charge you on the way out. Area is surprisingly sketchy for Annapolis and I got pan handled more than once at the CVS just down the road.

This was my dream apartment and honestly, I wasn't there long but it was the best experience I've had staying in Annapolis. My prior apartment complex was horrendous, but Berkshire was beyond upscale. Never had any problems with maintenance and if anything broke, it was repaired in 48hrs or I would receive a call letting me know they're coming. Front desk was professional at all times. I wish every apartment complex was like this. Would highly recommend. 10/10!

Maintenance request after maintenance request since I moved in 1 month ago:
Leak in garage (hole in the ceiling for 3 weeks, unable to use garage, damage to items in garage)
Leak from AC unit (boxes of clothes damaged, room unsuitable for living as carpet is drenched, drenched hallway carpet, unable to use bathroom because dehumidifier drains are everywhere)
AC DOES NOT WORK!!! (3 days and counting)
Light in kitchen out
Microwave doesn’t work
Towel racks falling off
Rusted nails throughout... closet frame
Filthy blinds
The list goes on…

No one has time for this inconvenience. No one deserves it. Imagine having to deal with all this stress after moving from out of state with an infant and toddler and working full-time. We truly loved our time living at Berkshire Annapolis Bay. Dre was great, he always welcomed us with a smile. If anything needed to be taken care of it was done quickly. He does a great job of making sure our needs were met. Greg was great too on making sure our open tickets for any apartment repairs were fixed. These two work long hours to make sure things are running correctly at Berkshire. The social mixers put together by Dre were wonderful. Great food, music, ambiance and prizes. The... gym was always super cleaned by Rosa. Especially during Covid times you appreciate how well they work to keep us all safe. We only moved because of our job transfers. We sure miss this place. My husband and I were rooming with some friends for a few months due to temporary placement by the military. Although only here for a short time, we greatly enjoyed it. They have a large fenced in area where we could take our dog and play. There are grills by the pool, so we could swim and have burgers. The staff was very nice and answered questions readily. If we ever end up back in Annapolis we will definitely be looking to live here again.
