No hot water
I moved into this apartment and had no hot water starting on day 2, which lasted through the entire weekend. Maintenance came to check but did not resolve the issue and advised me to keep the tap running, which did not fix the problem.
This has significantly impacted basic living conditions, especially right after move-in. I am currently waiting on a clear explanation, a permanent solution, and appropriate compensation.B
