Only move here if it’s temporary do not stay here long term EVER

I currently will be trying to get out of my lease. I moved into a gas leak… for 2 full months… turn around water overflowing in the kitchen for a whole month without me knowing because it would be gone by the time I got home from work…. To not have a working toilet…. To now have mold in my apartment in my bedroom from leak I been reported in MAY when I moved in. Not including having to move in 2 days late because the property wasn’t ready yet. Just for me to move and it be more stuff wrong with... place. Asked for credits for inconvenience no response so at this point. I just will be getting my 2,200 dollars back and leaving then where they are. Rental office is clueless and doesn’t not care even for the major work order is it everyone no but no is held accountable so save yourself the trouble and don’t move here since aion management is also dragging there feet as well getting paid for nothing. Wish things were better

Low on amenities, trash everywhere

They continually raise rents every year but have never provided any improvements to the resident experience. Instead of providing guest parking passes, they designated "visitor" parking. Which is primarily for unauthorized residents, but if you do have a guest, there's typically no where for them to park. And if residents park in "visitor" parking their car gets towed.

People drive all over the lawn during move ins and move-outs. Management could place hedges, landscape boulders, or fencing to...
keep people from driving on the grass but they don't bother. Instead they place spiteful fencing to block residents who have to walk from accessing the shopping center or the adjacent apt complex.
They don't do anything to maintain curb appeal, every weekend there's trash spilling out onto the street from the dumpster. Or a new pile from a move-out lining the sidewalk. There's no landscape design, so the whole place looks bare and unkempt. Sidewalks go unrepaired for MONTHS. And if you have to walk at night, good luck. Usually only 30% of the streetlights are working at any given time.
The "fitness center" is missing weights, most of the machines are faulty broken.

They used to offer storage space but took it away to "make improvements" to the basement. But weeks later the storage/ laundry rooms are untouched--still dirty, leaky, and just outright gross. Not to mention the W/Ds break regularly, and you can only pay with a laundry card which can ONLY be refilled with cash at one machine at the far end of the complex (there's another at the mgmt office but it's only open during regular business hours).

The residents are kind of nasty and any leave trash and dirt in the hallway. Mind you the cleaning staff only mops 1-2xs a week.
Management doesn't do anything for resident retention. They blame the subpar environment on the residents, generate passive aggressive notes/ emails, and brush off all concerns. It's no wonder there's multiple vacancies in every building.

In short, don't move here. I haven't even started on the metric ton of stray cats that leave every entrance reeking of cat urine. But tbh, that's the lesser of two evils because before that I had a mouse infestation that would shame the devil.

But one small plus is anything larger than a 1br has good closet space and every unit has a patio/balcony. The place is crap but even the smallest 1BR unit is 700+ sq ft. Literally the only reason I haven't left.

BAD MAINTENANCE!!!

It’s been three weeks since I put in a maintenance request for a clogged bathroom. I even spoke to a maintenance guy to tell him about it but it is still not yet repaired. This is not the first time!!!
