The Apartments at Diamond Ridge

Our experience at this property has been a nightmare since day one. We've had countless maintenance requests which were never completed and we had to fix ourselves at our own expense (leaking bathroom plumbing, leaking refrigerator, roach infestation, etc.). The leasing office seldom answers the phone during regular business hours and takes days to respond to respond to emails (if at all). When they do respond, their tone is always very condescending and frequently bullying in tone.

Today (July... 18) is our last day, and we were looking forward to finally being free from this wretched place. Unfortunately, we when went to the leasing office to turn in our keys, we were informed that all tenants on the lease needed to be present for this or we would continue to be charged rent (even though 1) this is not mentioned anywhere in the lease [yes, we read it in its entirety]; and 2) no one is in the apartment [two tenants have left the area and the third has been in another apartment for a month [shows how badly they wanted out of this dump]; and 3) even if any of the tenants wanted to squat in this apartment, they can't as the apartments no longer use keys but have keypad entries which will surely have their codes changed post-haste.

We are forced to pursue legal action against this company and this particular property. Do yourself a favor: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. Read More

I applied for an apartment on April 4 and was approved, but after that there was no clear communication about my move-in date. I tried calling many times, and it was very hard to get in touch with them. Even when someone answered, I was told I would get a callback, which never happened.

I had requested a move-in date of April 23, but I was only informed on April 22 that the unit was ready. It is not reasonable to expect someone to move in with just one day’s notice, especially when I need time... to inform my current residence.

Also, I mentioned them like will move forward if I liked the apartment, so it should have been shown to me in advance. Even if it was not fully ready, there should have been clear communication on when it would be ready so I could plan properly, inform my current residence, and consider other options if needed.

What if I did not like the apartment after seeing it? By informing me only one day before, there was no real option left for me. It felt like I was being forced into a situation where I would have to move into that apartment and then deal with the consequences for an entire year.

There was a clear communication gap throughout the entire process, and because of this experience, I decided not to move forward.

Our apartment is comfortable but would prefer quicker response from maintenance. Trash remains problem as the pride in the community is questionable.

Nice and cozy place to call home. Neighbors are nice and helpful and the leasing department is very pleasant all the time also when having a concern they try thee best to help u with a solution

The apartment is beautiful. Afrika was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process!! Maintenance did a great job fixing any and all issues there may have been in the apartment and the community is clean and gorgeous.
