This is a wonderful community and the staff here do their best to resolve any issues as soon as they are able. The building is older and is starting to show its age with some issues around sprinkler systems or HVAC units. I love the location, views, and walkable access to the Fells Point neighborhood!

I will most likely post a negative review online should the energy issues in my unit not be resolved. I have been dealing with them since I moved in on Sept. 10, 2025.
