How Is This Rating Determined?

Infested with MICE

Our apartment is infested with mice. I called the management no one ever answers, left many messages never called me back. They are never in their office, I requested an online service, they didn't do anything. I found the apartment's handyman and told him what is going on he didn't do anything. I don't know what to do.
The worst apartment complex ever!!!!

Heritage Woods

Heritage Woods is a decent place to live. The kitchen is a lot more updated than some of the similar apartments in the area. There was brand new carpet when we moved in which was nice. The rooms are spacious and the neighbors are very quiet. The management is usually pretty quick with responding to service calls.
