The Sophia has been a terrific place to live. The amenities are nicer than any building I’ve been in, the staff is both professional and affable, and the residents all seem nice and enjoyable to be around. I highly recommend living here.

Compared to other places I visited, Sophia was in a category by itself. I was immediately sold after viewing my unit. It was immaculately designed. Importantly, unlike my last residence, there are no issues with heating—it is well distributed throughout, as the windows are well designed. They made great use of space in my unit—the square footage is smaller than my last place, but it feels so much bigger. The only thing I would change in my unit is the refrigerator—I would prefer a slightly... bigger one. However, I love the floors throughout. There is minimal noise—I didn’t even realize there are people living on both sides of my unit until I actually saw them leaving their units. I also barely hear noise from upstairs or the hallways.
The common areas/shared spaces are clean and well kept. I had a reserved parking space at my last place, but it was not necessary here, as there are ample available parking spaces, no matter the time of day.
Now, what really made me decide to move to Sophia is the staff, especially Christopher in the leasing office. Christopher is knowledgeable, professional, kind, friendly, patient, and he provided excellent follow-through. I was not left in the dark or caught off guard by anything, as he provided clear, thorough, and concise communication throughout the process. I had expressed interest in a different unit as well, and he made sure I had time to think about it before making a final decision. I was not rushed or pressured to make a decision. After I moved in, he also followed up to make sure things were going well. Our interactions were genuine. This was not the experience I had with the other places I visited, so my experience with the staff at Sophia was definitely a deciding factor.
I must note that I also had wonderful interactions with the front desk staff, especially the lady who assisted me with the door to the loading dock; the assistant manager in the leasing office; and Andre from maintenance, who assisted with a minor issue in my unit, which he quickly resolved. My interactions with the residents have also been pleasant, either in the hallways or elevator. For the most part, they are quite friendly.
