I would not recommend this property based on the high rent prices, grounds aren't well kept - I have never seen a cleaning crew, and oftentimes during normal business hours they do not have maintenance on the property - the place is ran like a mom and pop shop.

The Gramercy at Town Center is a great place to live if you are looking for a quiet apartment near stores and restaurants. The community areas in the complex are kept clean and in good condition. This is a great place to live.
