AMAZING SERVICE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

From the moment we filled out our housing application until we moved in last week, Miss. Jessica has done everything in her power to accommodate us and make our transition into The Manor smooth. She took her time and answered all of our questions, making sure we understood everything we needed to know throughout the entire process. This past week we have been in living in our new apartment and all I can say is that it's beautiful, quiet, and the community is amazing. We love it here and we... appreciate you Miss Jessica! Thank you for all you have done!

Great neighborhood, great staff

I just moved into the Residences at the Manor and it is great!! The place is very clean and spacious, and the neighbors are friendly and one was even kind enough to help me move some stuff in. Big shout out to Christiaan who works here in the main office. He has been extremely professional and very pleasant to interact with. Christiaan responds quickly with kind helpfulness; the best customer service one could ask for. Thank you so much for making everything so smoothly!

BEST COMPLEX IN FREDERICK

Christiaan and the rest of the staff cannot be beat. They have been so accommodating and compassionate to moving from out of state, well above the call of duty to make sure it was smooth and, most importantly, made sure I was safe during the transition. Incredibly grateful I picked this apartment complex!!!
