I rented this apartment as a temporary place to stay while working in Maryland, but it turned into one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had.

For weeks, I woke up every morning with painful bites all over my body, including my face. I spent time and money trying mosquito repellents and traps, thinking that was the problem. It wasn't. The apartment had a bed bug infestation.

When I reported it, management immediately suggested that I had brought the bed bugs with me. Instead of... investigating the issue and helping resolve it, they dismissed my concerns and made me feel responsible for a problem that was clearly not of my making.

For more than a month, I endured daily bites while management arranged treatments that failed to solve the problem. I repeatedly asked for effective extermination and other corrective measures. Although some requests were eventually approved, the process was slow, resistant, and poorly managed.

The physical discomfort, stress, lack of sleep, and constant frustration became unbearable. I ultimately broke my lease and moved out because the situation was never properly resolved. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Read More

Living there was fine up until you try to get any help from the office. The customer service is terrible and you can never get ahold of anyone when you need something. Constantly had issues that wouldn’t get resolved for weeks and they will try to take every penny you have

Whether you live alone or with family, this is a great place to be. Everything from the mall, restaurants, banks, grocery stores elementary, middle, and high school are all less than one mile away from each other. It's in a really convenient location and the price isn't too bad either.
