Becareful When if you choose this place
Trash is often not thrown into the dumpster properly (people dont care about the neighborhood), which makes the area messy. There have been a lot of car break-ins, so be careful if you have a nice car. Parking is already limited, and when it snows, management does not act quickly to clear spots. In this neighborhood alone, there have been 4 stolen cars and around 8 car break-ins. Overall, safety is not good.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding snow removal, we always respond immediately to conditions and maintain documentation of our efforts. During the recent storm, our teams plowed and treated the property multiple times and also brought in... additional outside resources to assist. Unfortunately, the extreme ice accumulation and sustained low temperatures made complete removal extremely difficult and time consuming at that time. These conditions impacted areas across the state, and even local municipalities faced similar challenges. We continue to do everything we can as weather conditions allow.
Regarding vehicle thefts, there were incidents throughout the surrounding neighborhood and not limited to our property alone. We worked closely with local law enforcement to address these matters to the extent possible.
