Car Theft

I've had 2 cars stolen from the Remy. No real cooperation from management and they want me to give them a 30 day notice and a additional 1 months rent to break lease.

Terrible.....save yourself the headache and choose another property!!!

do not lease here

the Remy has a huge mouse issue that started in the 3rd floor and now mouse are coming to 4th floormanagements doesnt care about anything will let you out of ur lease instead of fixing issues. the remy manager only cares about throwing monthly events and front staff will brush you off untill you go to rental office. All of the nice amenities do not work. cars are broken into daily in garage. and residents still pay 65 $ up monthly.

Huge homeless population (that commit actual crimes like stealing cars out of the parking garage)

Your car will get stolen...either day or night. Homeless roam the halls. I constantly feel like I have to watch over my shoulder when walking the halls or going to the parking garage. Crime in this area is really bad.

Never again

Laughable security. Condescending staff. Mold. Flies. Homeless wander the building. Packages left unsecured behind desk. Gets rid of amenities while raising price. Terrible area, “harkins district” is not a thing. Deani is the worst.

Good & Bad

Cute building, lots of amenities. However, they have a problem here with homeless people getting into the pool, sleeping in the common areas and hallways. Staff doesn't seem to care when you bring up the issue. Lots of money with a lack of safety.
